1. Subscription Overview

By subscribing to Fast Action Coaching, you will receive four (4) weekly 30-minute 1:1 coaching sessions per month, scheduled through Calendly. The subscription renews automatically at $440 AUD per month, charged to your payment method via Stripe.

2. Payment Terms

Upon joining, you will immediately be charged the subscription fee of $440 AUD to your credit or debit card to secure your coaching spot. Subsequent monthly payments will be processed each month, with all payments being securely processed through Stripe.

3. Scheduling and Sessions

You are entitled to four (4) 30-minute coaching sessions each month, which you can book via Calendly.
Sessions must be scheduled within the month they are allocated and do not roll over to the following month.
If you need to reschedule a session, please do so at least 24 hours in advance via Calendly. Missed sessions without prior notice will not be refunded or rescheduled.

4. Subscription Cancellations and Refunds

You can cancel your subscription anytime by notifying me at least 7 days before your next billing cycle to avoid the upcoming charge.
Once a payment has been processed for the month, no refunds will be issued for that period. However, you will retain access to your remaining sessions for the current billing month, and your subscription will be cancelled for any subsequent months.

5. Subscription Pauses

If unforeseen circumstances arise, you may request a one-month pause on your subscription. During this pause, no payments will be processed, and no sessions will be scheduled.

6. Changes to Subscription Terms

The subscriber rate and terms will end on December 31, 2025. Any adjustments to subscription fees or terms will be communicated via email and will take effect in your next billing cycle. You may cancel your subscription at that time, as outlined above.

7. Termination

I reserve the right to terminate the subscription at any time for misuse, non-compliance with the policy, or failure to make timely payments.
