Foundational Subscriber Rate $330 Monthly

1. Subscription Overview

By subscribing to Fast Action Coaching as a Foundational Subscriber, you will receive four (4) weekly 30-minute 1:1 coaching sessions per month, scheduled through Calendly. The subscription renews automatically at $330 AUD per month, charged to your payment method via Stripe. This introductory Foundational Subscriber rate is locked in for 12 months from the date of your subscription for as long as you remain a subscriber during the initial 12 months.

2. Payment Terms

The first monthly subscription fee of $330 AUD will be charged to your credit or debit card immediately to secure your coaching spot. Subsequent monthly payments will be processed on the 1st of each month, beginning on February 1, 2025. All payments are securely processed through Stripe.

3. Scheduling and Sessions

You are entitled to four (4) 30-minute coaching sessions each month, which you can book via Calendly.
Sessions must be scheduled within the month they are allocated and do not roll over to the following month.
If you need to reschedule a session, please do so at least 24 hours in advance via Calendly. Missed sessions without prior notice will not be refunded or rescheduled.

4. Subscription Cancellations and Refunds

You can cancel your subscription anytime by notifying me at least 7 days before your next billing cycle to avoid the upcoming charge.
Once a payment has been processed for the month, no refunds will be issued for that period. However, you will retain access to your remaining sessions for the current billing month, and your subscription will be cancelled for any subsequent months.

If you choose to cancel, you will no longer be eligible for the Foundational Subscriber rate and terms if you decide to resubscribe later.

5. Subscription Pauses

If unforeseen circumstances arise within the first 12 months, you may request a one-month pause on your subscription. During this pause, no payments will be processed, and no sessions will be scheduled. This will not affect your eligibility for the Foundational Subscriber Introductory rate and terms, which will remain valid until December 31, 2025.

6. Changes to Subscription Terms

The Foundational Subscriber rate and terms will end on December 31, 2025. Any adjustments to subscription fees or terms will be communicated via email and will take effect in your next billing cycle. You may cancel your subscription at that time, as outlined above.

7. Termination

I reserve the right to terminate the subscription at any time for misuse, non-compliance with the policy, or failure to make timely payments.
